One on one sessions, seminars and online seminars
To attend any seminar your fee must be paid in full prior to attending, this is your commitment to your attendance.
If you wish to cancel the seminar, you must give a minimum of 5 days notice for online and group seminars, and 7 days notice for one on one sessions.
For any bookings that are cancelled 5 days or more before a seminar date, all fees will be transferred to another available date. (7 days for one on one sessions)
There will be strictly no refunds for ‘any’ bookings cancelled less than 5 days before the seminar (7 days for one on one sessions), unless they are deemed to be exceptional circumstances, only then will management and or Mark Anthony decide.
We will always transfer the fee to another seminar as an automatic decision.
IMPORTANT! If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your seminar or appointment, you will be refused entry no ifs and no buts, as it will impede on those who have made the effort to arrive on time. Please understand that your fee will not be refunded, however, an alternative seminar date and time may be offered, once again at the discretion of the management, and or Mark Anthony.
On occasion, but in the unlikely event that you might require a follow up seminar, please be advised that cancelling or trying to re-arrange your follow up appointment will invalidate your Money back Guarantee, and that is regardless of any notice you may have given.
In Person Corporate Seminars / Online Corporate Seminars
You must give a minimum of two weeks notice if you want to cancel or postpone a worksite seminar, or online corporate group seminar, otherwise the full fee will apply.
Bookings will only be penciled in, and dates left open until full payment has been made for any corporate online or in person seminar. A minimum number of 10 people per seminar is required fro any corporate seminars.
Please note, that if you have less than 10 persons who want to attend any seminar online or in person, If fewer than 10 people attend the seminar, the minimum fee will apply. If there are more people attending the seminar than originally planned, full payment will be required in full for the overflow within 7 working days after the seminar.
